Jermaine
Griggs's resources have helped me tremendously. I have
been playing keys since 1993, but didn't really
understand the concept of theory, progressions, and all
my keys until I heard of Hearandplay.com. I purchased
his thick course, the 300 pg workbook. I got through
with it within 3 months. Since purchasing the book, I am
currently playing for three different churches. One
church as the main director, and two as a keyboardist. I
don't really have a favorite key anymore. It used to be
Bb, until I heard of Hearandplay.com. I play all styles
now, not just gospel. So if you are serious, and serious
only, then this is the site to invest in your playing.

I
have been playing the piano for 10 years and I've never
been able to place at the level I should be until I ran
across Jermaine's Hear and Play website. After I ordered
my first set of DVD's, "Mastering Worship Chords," and I
began to master those chords, I found myself playing
songs that I have never ever heard of before. Jermaine,
what you guys have done to come up with a way to teach
slow music learners like myself... MAN, THIS IS AWESOME
STUFF!!!!

I've
had a strong desire to play piano since I was 12 years
old. My aunt was teaching me and she died suddenly, but
I never lost the urge to play.

The
courses are great! I've learned quite a bit more on
theory and it has eased my frustration and allowed me to
freely express myself musically. The on-line lessons are
convenient and opens up my creative juices, where once I
was experiencing a mental creative block. I love the
community too, as I can mingle, collaborate, and get to
know other musicians in the community. I am preparing
for my third CD, which will be dedicated to the
wonderful nature of true spirituality and the gospel. I
plan to mention this web site on my next CD as an
inspiration to my craft and new endeavors.

I
have tried everything I knew to do and being that my
father is a very well accomplished musician and has been
all my life, I have always wanted to play like him. I
would ask him to show me things but I never really got
too far with that. Either I got yelled at or overlooked
but I thank God that I stumbled upon this site.
